Culture Ripples is open to anyone at ASU who wants to learn and contribute to co-creating a culture of appreciation, collaboration and innovation. Our members represent departments and colleges all across the ASU Enterprise and bring a wealth of expertise and experience about the robust cultural practices for fulfilling the ASU Charter. We highlight, practice and elevate the organisational culture practices that are ubiquitous across ASU while honouring the unique practices that make each part of ASU healthy and whole.
We collaborate to generate gathering space for learning, practicing, designing, and sharing methods for creating positive cultural ripples that activate diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, through empowerment, collaboration and transparency, across ASU.
Culture Ripples are being consciously co-created through our four strategic priorities—community building, cultural mapping, diversity + inclusion and self-awareness.

ASU intentionally builds a collaborative and transparent culture, which ripples out from the heart of the ASU community, transforming the technical and relational architectures necessary for democratized learning and living.
